Total Energy Input in Agro Climatic Zones


Energy in one form or another is a crucial input to agricultural production. Continually rising prices, increasing proportion of commercial energy in the total energy input to agriculture and the growing scarcity of commercial energy sources, such as fossil fuels, have necessitated the more efficient use of these sources for different crops.
